A couple of times it kind of stalled for a while, so I just refreshed and it had opened.

oof, I've tried waiting, refreshing, clearing cache, doing it on my phone... it won't open! x_x

I havent opened a cap in a looong while. But is it possible you have the option to select 2 items? No idea if this is on the same page your speaking of or not. I just remember I couldn't open a DW cap because I didn't realize I needed to select another option
