What would you do if you were responsible for running Neopets for a week?

I thought about this yesterday due to the fact I was part of the GM staff in Perfect World International a few years ago and dude, that was fun.
Even though we were not the ones responsable for running the game, we could controle it and make it something nice for the players.

So about Neopets, what would you do if you were responsable for running Neo for a week?
Would you make more events such as plots? Would you tell your team to come up with better colors?
