Currently facing the same problem too. They insisted on �sending from the og email� and refuse to offer help unless I am sending the ticket with that exact mail.
I heard that filing ticket with another staff maybe helpful but I personally don�t have much experience on it

Just from personal experience Alice seems to be the kindest. She gave me back an 8 year dead account without email access after years of begging. Good luck!
