These don't work outside of windows right?

They do not as far as i know but you might get them working via a VM or parallels i think.
I don't have any experience with it myself so i cannot help you out with getting it to work though.

i have some potential silly questions,

the time for yyb is 150-180
isnt a game a min of 180?

and the default is a lot of goals i may just suck at yyb but i never scored more than 6 in a game, do you guys adjust your goals or just go with the defaults

Each time you score in YYB, 8 seconds are deducted from the clock. So, the more you score, the less time it takes to play the game. In addition to that, most people play YYB by spamming the "Shift" key as that returns the opponents to their default formation spot, including the goalie, making it very easy to score.

I'm not complaining here at all, but 2 nice fixes would be.
- multi-login options like stealth core
- multi send with one sender open. This is not working as far as I can tell during testing.

Can you describe this shift key to me a bit more? Just curious. I tried it and my character kind of immediately sets the ball after I stop hitting shift so I'm definitely not doing it correctly.

Oh, nevermind, I get it. Ehhhh I think botting is still the best option here.
