There are most likely some specific factors that can up your chances of unlocking a pop, although what exactly they are we haven't completely sussed out. But really if you are just active in various parts of the forum with non spam posts you'll find a lot in time!

I can second this. I got them all within like a week or two. I'm not sure what qualifies as non-spam exactly, but it's either based on word count, or conversational posts. I'm not sure how that's actually calculated though.

I believe is word count in non spam posts, I don't remember if I have got any bar in a spam thread.
Anyway, I'm happy, I just got the orange bar!!!
