Yep, I posted about it last night when I spotted it! So far it looks like only Zenitsu has unlocked it! (Other than Bat, of course).

Not usually, they just appear in your stack. However Melodic, Ditto Eggcellent and iirc Void do give pop-up/notifications because of their unlock mechanics.
