Same reason all other stamps inflate when avatars drop.
Everyone is out-offering everyone.
Stamp might look like garbage, but people want it. And people got the points to pay for it, so it's gonna inflate.

Like Battle Slices did when it released for the BD avatar. Went from 15m to 150m overnight.
