I don't think so. I could be wrong though. According to the "Is it banned in china" checker, Clraik isn't banned in China so maybe, but they've got a ton of their own cheat sites and forums to choose from.

There are a bunch of places online to get Chinese cosmetics. Unless it has an illegal ingredient in it you should be able to get it relatively easy without needing someone else to get it for you, although the shipping time usually sucks depending on where you live but it would probably be just as slow coming from a person as it would from a business. I use Chinese collagen rollers and the websites that sell them sell a ton of other Chinese cosmetics as well.

Human placenta, my psychology teacher was obsessed with lotions and creams that had high amounts of human placenta in them and then America made it illegal so she got it from overseas. There are a ton of skin whitening/lightening creams that contain very dangerous ingredients that should never be used on skin so a lot of those are illegal, using certain gases or propellants in an aerosol cosmetic can make it illegal.
Illegal can also be interchangeable with the word banned. It's not like you'll go to jail for using it, but you can for selling it. It's nothing interesting like "ITS GOT DRUGS IN IT" or anything lol.
I had to learn about illegal ingredients when I started selling health, beauty, and cosmetics after I got a strike for almost selling something containing melatonin to a person from the UK.. apparently it's illegal to buy that over the counter there.. prescription only. Turns out there aren't just whole products that are banned in other countries but even the smallest individual ingredient can get you in hot water depending on where you are shipping to in the world and you'd be surprised at how many products I had to region block because of ingredients. It's tedious and some things you wouldn't think you needed to check; you really do. Eventually I just blocked international shoppers from my shop all together, it was much easier. America has plenty of those ingredient bans as well, even if some of them are stupid because they allow a lot more harmful chemicals than some that they ban but that's besides the point.

what cosmetics are you trying to buy? i can most likely help u but i need more info
I'm closing this thread for now, as OP has yet to specify what they're trying to actually do. @(you need an account to see links), if you add more details to your post, I can unlock it, but asking around to see if we have users from China without specifying what they'll be in for if they reach out to you... isn't a great way to get people on board.
