Yeah, they're just trying to be dicks and scare you into not feeding so they can get easier feeds, pretty much.

People do this often. Really just ignore them and get your 75 feeds. I think 5 a day max is a good amount nowadays.

In a week people will forget you were even feeding kads.

I haven't been using it not stop since I got it.

It's been really spaced out is there any method in using it that I should know about? I'm just trying to be careful.

I ran my kad feeder 24/7 until I got to 75 kads. Never missed a main. Didnt get frozen from it. REALLY wouldnt advise doing that (I did it like 2 years ago, when TNT didnt care about autofeeding), but autofeeding is pretty safe.

What I usually did was watch the time boards. Dont feed every single main without missing one. Thats the main thing that will give you away

Feed a lot later. Like around after 10pm NST, since that's when most people go to bed and it's easier to legit feed that way.
Also what ^ was said above, don't try to feed every main (not that I think you are, since you said you were taking it slow anyway~)
Maybe try to post on the time boards every once and while so people know you are actually on your account.

But definitely don't be on your account while the bot is running.
Being logged out and logged in simultaneously while still performing a task from two different "browsers" sends red flags to TNT themselves, especially when it comes to something like autofeeding.
