First Delina Quest I've done was today and I got the Tree of Life. It sounds like a lot of people are getting the same quest over and over, though. I'm in two minds to do the Delina Quests or just wait to trade for the items.

currently 3 confirmations that it makes Tree of Life (may have been extraordinarily good RNG).

Vial + Stars still makes BOTH tree of life (confirmed by machineelephants) and garland (confirmed by myself).

No current reports of anyone getting the other potential combo, which would be vial + spools of silk. "

"I had Vial of Effervescence + Spools of Silk earlier, which isn't listed on Jellyneo and it made Fairytale Gown."

Seems like maybe they are fixing it so that there isn't two potential rewards for two of them anymore?

Actually there's a bonus for visiting the event each day (you don't need to do the quest, just go to the page)
