I can't help much for links as most of what I have access to is in French, but here are two useful websites I used when I had some difficulty with Maths during High School. :')

(you need an account to see links) (There's a video linked to each lesson, so it makes the whole studying process a lot easier imo!)
(you need an account to see links) (Well explained lessons along with online tests you can take)

Khanacademy.com should be able to have most everything you need. Don't have the exact links ( I believe they were posted earlier) but good luck!

There are also crash course videos on YouTube which should sum everything up.
