Those are drawings different users shared so anyone can grab whatever lineart they like, put some color and add to one's signature
So you can have your Ryu picture with you

The numbers are times you've scooped poop, fed, and played with your ryu (top row) and someone else's ryu (bottom row)

They represent interactions with Ryus, with the top row being with your own Ryu and the bottom being any other Ryu. They numbers are for scooping, feeding, and playing – in that order. The numbers are rounded to blur the exact counts a little.
