Instead of individual cookies, just flatten and shape the dough into a round pan! Then if you want, you can add ice cream on top, and make it a "pizzokie" if you want all the calories! Great dinner party type treat.

The ice cream gets all melty, everyone digs in, and it's a wonderfully delicious mess.

It was good. But best to eat it all at once. Don't leave left overs. Ate a slice the next day and my stomach hurt.

The recipe says to eat it all too. So there must be something to it.
