Absolutely, and that actually is the basis of my points on why people think its wrong. Whats frustrating to me is that many people (not all, and not necessarily anyone on ck) are using 'ethics' as a guise and are raging about this in bad faith (unless im missing something). If we are going to criticize it as a moneygrab, than why is there no criticism to freeloaders? (I don't think either should be the case, but no one realizes they are in conjunction with each other? Small team rushing things, lack of staff to help push updates) There is no children buying nc, there was no protest for caps or cookies that are all gambling before this fiasco. Even regarding the free gambling on site with nerks, coins, etc. This is the cap people realized they hate the gambling on the site though. I think many people realized they would have to spend more money and they are naturally pissed about it. Unless you're strictly talking the fine print issue. We will see where they go from here. Anyways, going to drop this now but again, I hope they drop a cap or something nc related that everyone loves/is happy with next round. A week later, and I don't think they've addressed this in any way except the absolutely shameful ticket responses. And the outrage has died down on the NCC. What a bummer. The expressions idea had so much potential, and the scammy mechanism hasn't been fixed at all and probably won't change.
