What are you angry about? [Petty edition]

Constantly being stood up. Like don't suggest to hang out with me if your going to flake out, or not commit. I can let it slide the first, second heck even the third time! But when it's on more than a few occasions then it pisses me off. The person I was meant to hang out with has absolutely vexed me - and they are the one that suggested to meet up. And then they say "hey don't be mad!" Are you dumb fam?! man's is MAD.

Ugh.

Ugh saaaaaaaaame. It drives me up a wall even more when the flurry of excuses come. Just own it and move on...but also stop suggesting to hang out if it's so hard to hang out. Especially when there's no communication. Like you tell someone "ok heading out" and they don't respond because they were "scared" or something of telling you they can't go. It's an extra level of rudeness and inconsideration tbh.

I am angry that at times I self-sabotage my own progress and potential and can only really blame myself. I'm trying to do better but It's annoying when you know who's to blame and it's the man in the mirror. Gotta get off my bum and get to work!

Not angry, just a little annoyed. But the fact that there are certain words I'm consistently tripped up about typing due to Neopets filters?? I'm currently admiring all the amazing Master Chef entries, and cringe internally when I type "grape." It's just engrained in my head at this point. Cumulative too. Thank goodness cK doesn't have crazy word filters like Neo.

I haven't heard from them in about a week now, I don't know if they've gotten the gist of me being annoyed or not, but I haven't attempted to contact them since then, nor have they tried to talk to me. I've known this person for 7 years! I've let this slide for so long I just don't even understand why I've been so patient with him. I genuinely love connecting and hanging out with him but Jesus H Christ is it impossible to have a day to just hang out, since I'm the one that commits to it and he doesn't. E.g - we were meant to go to a cat cafe. In December. DECEMBER 2022! And whenever I bring it back up he either, ignores it or says "yah we gonna do it soon" ._.

Ugh yep, I've had a couple of those. Sucks cuz you've been pals for so long there are many great memories and you miss them. But this happens. I didn't like to have to do it but eventually just gave up. & currently wondering how to make friends so late in life lol.
