I think I'm skipping the SS this time around. There'd have to be a really cool foreground/bio effect for me to feel motivated to go deal with the janky NC Mall and I'm not seeing anything enticing enough in the spoilers so far.

Yes, it's normal! The script runs alphabetically and while the description says the stocking will be filled at 5 AM NST, you'll see it drop in your inventory a lot sooner than that.
