Thank you for that link! So it looks like the Mew bar specifically is a "Exclusive Top Prize" so I'm assuming you'd need to be in the top 5 to get one of those exclusive ones. Oh how I wish I was artistic lol.

It's top 5 for the major prizes, but anybody who makes it to the voting stage is eligible for the legendary userbars. The number of finalists varies each year based on how many submissions.

Honestly! Art hability is not really neccesary, but a good and/or an exciting well developed idea!

Oh good! I see some entries people used paper so that makes me a little less nervous. Since Mew does not have an evolution, it looks like she shouldn't be excluded. I'll be playing around drawing :3

You can 100% make Legendary evos!
In the submissions last years we've seen amazing Entei, Kyogre and Ho-Oh's evos (the ones i remember rn) So go ahead!
