Customization Question

Is it me or are some pets customizations not coming through? I have 3 pets I have put up with customizations and none of them pop up.

I have a similar problem with some wearables. I'll try to apply it to the pet, but it won't appear in the customisation window. But.. then sometimes it appears on the static pet image anyway

Yep same here. Certain items will not show in the preview window until I hit save and view my pet's lookup. I've accepted that this may never be fixed because TNT xD

Same. I work out what I want to do in DTI then add it to my pet - half the items won't show on the customisation page but show when it saves.

In the new customization yes, I have this issue.

I have sucked it up and just use Puffin on my iPhone to do my customs. It may be a bit of a hassle, but it works because I can use the old version of customization!

Yeah same here, to get around it I have been using Pale moon, and saving my customs using the classic customization link: (you need an account to see links). But its definitely a hassle to say the least, not sure why TNT couldn't have fixed it by now considering that this is concerning literally most of their income stream

i often notice the same, but when i save with the 'invisible' items, it shows up in the other areas of the site

I think 10 to 1 its a result of the items not being properly converted yet

so you can apply them and they wont show in the customization menu

but on the look up it will as the look ups use a static image vs animation

Mine is more so it does appear with the pet in the customization window and when I save it does not appear anywhere else for 3 specific pets, UC RG Lupe, UC RG Shoy and UC RB Shoyru... ucs only can have a custom saved via the classic link using flash for now x.x
