    paypal refunded me when some bitch took my money for a pair of skates i bought from her for my derby days. she did the same thing and disappeared and i think i was refunded within 2 weeks of the claim. especially if you have never filed a dispute before, they're usually really good at mediating that stuff. sorry friend.

    @(you need an account to see links) I suggest filing a dispute through PayPal. And this can be done if you click into the transaction details. Be sure to provide as much information as you can about the transaction, and hopefully PP support can help.

    Definitely open a dispute with PP first. I had to open one when TNT kept charging me premium on the account they froze. PP was pretty great about getting me my money back

    To all those saying to file a dispute with PP, are you able to file a dispute even without an invoice?

    And anyone knows what's the time frame between the date of receipt till the time you are still allowed to file a dispute?
