From what it said in the news, it was Borovan Day so it would make sense if they made it an annual avvie.

To everyone who missed the avatar I have something that might make you feel better. Let out a big laugh at all the people who tried to inflate every borovan item yesterday just to be eating all their loss today because it was a 1 day/annual stamp.
