My conspiracy (real) (confirmed) (fact-checked by Trump's 30 internet lawyers) (my 3rd uncle works at TNT's Singapore office) is that the SAP drops based on the date.
So on December 1st it drops on 12:01, December 20th 12:20, etc.

Now go forth and if-it-doesn't-work-it's-not-my-fault-and-I-cannot-be-held-liable-for-more-stuff-you-didn't-want-from-the-aisha

I mean, if you look at the patterns for all the dailies that give out rare items, there are always certain caveats. This would be no different. However, the criteria does not GUARANTEE a drop, but might give you a higher chance of getting it since there would always be RNG involved.

An example could be:

Click bonus prize: Roll between 1-25
Between 12am-3am: Add 25
Between 3am-12pm: Add 10
Between 12pm-12am: Add 5

Total 6-18: Batch 1 prizes
Total 19-27: Batch 2 prizes
Total 28-36: Batch 3 prizes
Total 37-45: Batch 4 prizes
Total 46-50: Batch 5 prizes

And then the SAP is part of the batch 5 prizes or something lol. It could be that it used to be that when it was 1/100 but now that it became 1/1000 maybe only getting 50 you'll get SAP?

It's just an example, but could be how it's affecting the scores, but at the end of the day, the timings could play a part in affecting, but RNG will still be involved.

The amount of data we're collecting here or even online on reddit/discord is not even remotely enough to form a hypothesis on what might affect the droprate.

The only way would be for a certain "white hat hacker" to be releasing the data like how they have been doing all this while for other parts of the site. :\
