Just decided to try and start over again and wanted to say hi! I've been reading some posts here and I'm happy to see not all the neo community is like the PC, lol

I was wondering, if I got my accounts frozen for multi-accounting, do you guys think there's any chance I can recover at least my main if I send TNT a ticket or i should just start from scratch?

It never hurts to try. I've seen several people get their long frozen accounts back recently. They wouldn't give mine back, even though I legit never cheated on that account but others have been luckier. Welcome back!

I cannot speak to the chances of getting your account back, all of my iced accounts over the years have been answered by Tony P, and he never even tries to cut me a deal, but others have had more luck. But yes, cK is a way better community than PC. Really almost any group of 2+ people are better than the PC.

Thank you! I hope they listen to me, and I've read somewhere that when they changed the ticket system some people that were told they weren't getting their accounts back got unfrozen, so you could give it a try too

There’s a guide to unfreezing your account somewhere on Ck, I’ll try to find it for you.

Also some people have said they’ve closed tickets when they saw it was Tony answering and then reopened until they got Alice and that helped, I’m not sure if that was with this weird new system though.
