I'm not trying to be rude, but you should consider using periods and commas. Typing this way all the time sucks it does not really make sense it makes me think you are under 10 years old thank you sorry if this hurts your feelings I'm honestly just trying to help.

Secondly, if you kept reading, yes people can gift VIP if THEY want to. And you may ask to exchange your NP/items of value for VIP... Usually people overpay in NP for it.

Stealth Core requires either clraik rank or VIP. You could purchase VIP, or overpay in items for someone to get you VIP, or just work your way up to the rank requirements for clraik rank.
