It looks like Neopets is improving at least a bit compared to almost a year ago.
They've been unfreezing a lot of people who have been frozen for years and returning scammed / stolen pets, neopoints and items.
I mean let's face it, that was the prime reason a lot of people came to sites like cK and others, due to being unfairly frozen and just all around shitty customer service.
