I recently got an email from TNT that my previous main was eligible to be reinstated, but when I responded to agree to the terms they provided I have received nothing back. Is this normal?

From what it sounds like there is a chance you were hacked and got all your stuff stolen, but you can still ask for clarification.

The account wasn't enabled prior to them reanbling the email is from Neopets team

Who answered your ticket? You should be able to respond to your email chain and ask for an update so long as the ticket isn't closed or anything. There isn't a set turnaround time for these types of things, and they're a small team. So, a reminder from you may help them reinstate it quicker.

I would also reccomend posting on the Highway to Help board on the Help Chat. I waited for about ~2 weeks for them to respond after agreeing to terms for my accounts back, but after posting there with my ticket #'s I got a response within a few days

I did post and email ... I am just finally happy they were able to reinstate it ahaha. I just am a bit impatient

Ive sent several in a span of few days as you mentioned they are a small team and based on reading the info from the live things they did seems like they need more people.

Whoo! Glad you got your account back! Hopefully their "terms" weren't too demanding. I know some people have been having most of their account wiped before TNT returns it.

It is essentially getting wiped unfortunately But if it is that versus frozen I will take it unfrozen!! It was a cool account!
