congrats on the deer. the bg will be yours in no time. you certainly can turn off evos to fill your stars if you want to go that path. I've done it myself when I didn't know if I was gonna have enough time to get full stars around an evo date. so yea, turn it off, and once you're there and your confident it's within 20-30 days, turn them back on. and good luck!So I finally got the deer branch, the Full Moon scene is in sight!

Are there rare (rarer than others) scenes like UBs too? Like how some of the popsicle UBs are rarer than others.
In some sense, yes.
You have seasonal scenes like:
Loving' Tunnel on Valentine's month
Cozy Christmas or Hanukkah on Christmas (you can only choose one though I think these didn't return last year)
Easter Basket (Easter month)
Pumpkin Pile (Halloween)
Goal-completed ones?
Painterrific (Art specific on ryus)
And maybe a rarer though many have it it's the ISTRAAIGWTLS which was rewarded again when Bat fixed the visitor perk.
