So, this girl can't even figure out how to play a game on the website she works for... and she's also a disaster when it comes to the Editorial.
Her answers are of little to no help, and she has atrocious grammar. Why did they hire her?!
I guess she's honest about how embarrassing it is that she can't win but... come on, dude.....

I mean that's more what I meant. Don't use the TNT account if you want help. Also... there are tons of guides... like someone even linked to one.

I dunno; it just looks bad to me that their staff need help for a site they are employed for.

It's like if someone who works at a restaurant asking a guest what they think is good on the menu. Ya know?

I'm starting to think that Scrappy was brought on as a community manager. They started her off slow, through the editorial and competitions (PPL, spotlights) to ease her into the community. Now she's doing outreach, posting official stuff on the events board and opening discussion. I think this is her way of extending an olive branch, showing a friendly face, and getting involved.

Even if this is a weird question, I'm happy we seem to be getting closer to a vocal community manager.

I'm aware she does that lol but why not use her own account? Regardless, you're missing the point I mentioned earlier.

Even though it's a nice effort and all I feel like TNT should be putting in effort in bigger things and if they want to interact they should increase the quality of the NT editorials/ticket systems at least before having Scrappy ask US questions about games on the site. The fixing of the stamp avatars was a great step but we need more fixes!

I'm just happy TNT is reaching out in the slightest now. Most genuine activity we have seen in a while. And honestly, I feel like they keep her in the dark for so much as well. I truly do think she means well, she just may not have been the right person to take on this job single-handedly
