Someone was trying to sell me one for 2.5m once, but I'm not sure what it ended up selling for. There were 63 of them in galleries the last time I checked which could be about right for that price.

Yes. Sellers are free to charge more, but likely won't get any business, and cK has made $2/mil the price floor to prevent further undervaluing NP or undercutting.

You can still PM sellers for better deals, and discounts on big NP stuff is acceptable. Just not allowed to advertise for less than $2.

What I mean is that why hasn't the $/Np rise to $3/1m over time since I can spot a lot of demand for NPs in other forums/websites
