Honestly I’d settle for an amazingggg nights sleep!
My daughter sleep regressed a bit so we have been running on maybe 4 (5 on a good night) hours of sleep each night. I’ve adjusted, so it’s not terrible anymore. But just a solid night sleep! The simple things in life haha

Yeah, staph is no joke! I’m hoping this third round of antibiotics will do the trick. Considering I’ll be taking them for the next 12 weeks, they’d better work!

I wish I lived closer to my family! I moved to another state for work a few years ago, and it's about an 8 hour drive to go back home. I know that's not much compared to some, but I'm very close with my family and would spend every weekend with them if I could. Now it's just a few times a year. I love the job and I'm very happy there, and have made lots of friends here, but still! One day i'll move back 🙏

I get this! I moved to a city that wasn't near any family about two years ago and it's been really rough, and just not having anybody to call on in times of need, or anything like that. I'm between jobs at the moment and gonna move home temporarily after my lease ends, and closeness something I'm definitely taking into consideration for the next job location.

On my end, I'd like a better work life balance. It seems like a minor thing, but I got married in June, had a month off but now I'm working again. I leave home at 8am and get back around 10pm on a good day, and have to be in bed pretty early to then wake up the next day. But that's still manageable. I travel a lot for my job, and it's easily like 4 flights a week, nights away in other cities, over the last week I've had 4x 10+ hour flights, two of them red eye's. And I know this sounds a bit woe is me, but it really takes a lot out of me physically, and am not able to have a social life, or even an elaborate home life - when I'm home, I barely see my wife for an hour each night, and barely any downtime. The money is great, but sometimes it makes me wonder what if..

Uff I am so sorry that you barely see your wife. That one must be super rough.Along with all the flights but yeah damn man. There will be a great outcome in the end though. Thanks for sharing!
