My library just posted the cutest thing...

I'm about to be 35. But do I want to take my triceratops and my daughter's rabbit for a slumber party with a follow up breakfast?
You bet your ass, I do!

It's been a couple of shitty years, I feel like I deserve this stupid distraction.

How do we, as a forum of grownups who cheat at neopets, feel about this?

On one hand this is adorable, on the other hand I would absolutely not trust anyone with my almost 30 year old cat.
It has been through some shit, seen some shit, and honestly he doesn't deserve to be dropped off an a strangers slumber party.

    he doesnt even go here!
But seriously, its an adorable idea.
    Im just old and paranoid.

Why, yes. The world does revolve around me.

The sleepover part sounds cute. I wonder what logistics would be to keep the owner and stuffed animal identified? Maybe library card # pinned on the animal somewhere? I'm more surprised about the library offering breakfast.

Oh I would never give them Mr. Nussles.

They can borrow Terri the dinosaur. He's seen some shit. He will survive.

Plus I'm not worried too much. I'm in a very small town. I know the librarian running the show and she knows if anything happens to Terri, we're gonna fite behind the parking lot.

Far be it from me to turn down a free breakfast. That's better than a free shirt.

I mean, if theyre going on adventures and doing free breakfast I can dress in my spyro onezie and be a stuffed animal.

    BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
I would pay to see that. I would donate a wing to the library to watch them treat an adult in a kigurumi like a stuffed animal all night.

Mine wouldn't because of the pandemic, I think mine's quite a bit larger. I'd love a free breakfast however! It's an A+ idea!

omg this is adorable, but like others I share the worry that my stuffed animal would get mixed up.

What's funny is that the stuffed animal that "lives" with me now isn't even a childhood one, those ones are all at my parents' house. The one I have now is one that looks like my old dog I was given when I went to college, but like, since my dog died he also sort of is my dog now?

    Yup, he is doge incarnate.
I have a replica of my dog at my in-laws. When my pup goes, the stuffy comes home with me.
