Personally on a different account post on their help topic your ticket ID my account was frozen 6 years ago and I got it back no problem
So being a bit wiser and older since my account was frozen a very long time ago, I thought i'd reach out to TNT to plead my case to get forgiveness and see if they would reinstate it...
I sent a request a week ago and have not heard anything back, Honestly i think its a lost cause but hey you never know.
What would be awesome if TNT had an amnesty day where they unfreeze all the accounts and if you don't claim it back in 24hrs, game over... one can only dream!
Would love to hear other peoples experiences with unfreezing and what story you sent to get it back?

I recently got an account back that'd been frozen for something like 6-7 years. I think you got this!
Haven�t been frozen before so can�t weigh in on OP�s question.
Is TNT more lenient with unfreezing accounts now? I have a friend who quit after being frozen, but Tony basically told him not to try anymore without specifying the reason.
For the people who have gotten their accounts back - what kind of information did you have to provide them?

Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left
TNT has a way of unfreezing accounts that have done wrong in the past (especially if it was a long time ago) because of 2nd chances.
Even if you have cheated/ssed/multiple accounts etc, as long as it's NOT SCAMMING, they'll unfreeze you.

did you post on the help board in neopets? I'm not sure what the standard turnaround time for TNT to respond to emails are,

Hound em on the help board as well as social media.
I had Tony assigned to unfreezing my main, and after a few days of nothing from his end I @'d and DM'd Neo on every one of their social media accounts as well as highway to help. Had my account unfrozen, literally, within hours. hoes mad!
Never admit to ANY wrong doing. If you do, they wont give your account back.
