I have no idea how to get to the FAQ but I hope it's an extra daily. I hope the "coincidence" part is just there and not related to that quest. Ever since I got my levels tanked I never went back.
I wonder if some dailies aren't counted like the lab ray and faerie quests since there's a cookie for it already.
