Sorry you missed the avatar : ( That's rough. I have been seeing a lot of posts everywhere about people being super bummed on missing it. Even some people who missed it because of the one half day.

The whole avatar thing makes me think it's bugged.
On all my shell accounts I did the exact same thing, just donate 30 and do my daily quest but only two of them got the avatar. Didn't even click on any of the dialogue.

I think it had to do with visiting the faerie quest page and getting that item daily. But I'm no positive on that.

I guess its like what @(you need an account to see links) mention. Gotta go to the festival page click on the dumb FQ icon and be directed to FQ to received Fyora's daily present to trigger the "count" and u do that for all consecutive days and they drop you the avie.

They are in Gamescon at singapore next week, could sent some people over there to protest give us our avvie Lol

Everybody having issues should be reaching out to the Neopets team in public places about this. Player pressure is the only way they're going to be pushed to consider doing something to handle this situation.

Looking at what they did before about the inflation in the FQ pool of items, maybe the developers are looking at what happened and can do something when they identify what really happened?
Maybe they will talk about that after they can solve the problem...

I don't use social media and so couldn't fully go there, but I did submit a ticket this morning. Not that I'm expecting them to listen or care, but like you say... if people don't say anything, they'll never have that chance. Fingers crossed they're maybe the tiniest bit better than they used to be, though I'm not holding out hope.

Not that it matters much, but a staff member confirmed in discord that the faerie quests ended correctly on the 16th. So, the FAQ and the likes stating otherwise were incorrect, but I mean, they really weren't since everyone was going off the previous information provided by TNT. Just a confusing event overall.

Maybe they will release last prizes or something and that's why it says 19th. Though it's baffling that neither staff was aware of the correct dates

Go to the quest page for the team you were on. I think its one random prize per person
