I downloaded the new version as well and ran it for an hour or so. When I saw your message, I stopped and closed it, then opened it again. Encryption check passes. Maybe something on your end?

It passed when I first opened it also but it played a few games then closed and the message appeared.

Check previous posts.. If you have the premium sidebar enabled then I'd recommend disabling it.

Yep I have it disabled.

Its doing it intermittently, even with premium bar disabled. I just reopen it until it doesn't do it. For issues with scores not sending for rank ups, play a legitimate game, send score, and if it ranks up, continue to use ss afterwards and itll fix itself, mine will get stuck not ranking up sometimes and then the legit game will fix it (provided youre not flagged)

My program still freezes randomly. Anything else I can do to fix it?

Also when I reopened the program, it again, sent no scores and showed no ranks, then started sending scores. Then my official score refused to update when I closed the program to check. I have downloaded the newest patch and my premium sidebar is closed.

I just re-downloaded and unpacked the program, but the pop-up about the encryption appears again at the moment I start the .exe file, can't even log into my account.

I dunno what to tell you. Sounds like it's just a problem with your PC. If it's working fine for others. I'd go over all the settings, make sure you unzipped to a folder, you're actually logged in before setting up your schedule and starting, and you're not setting more than one schedule per account at a time.

Yeah, you're supposed to wait until it's done and the window tells you everything is OK.

Are you checking the onsite calculator that tells you how many sends you need to rank up? I think you just maxed your games...

I think it might need to be updated again... just downloaded the new update 12pm PCT
I tried to send one YYB score. I had it set to 13 goals max. the SS sent 55 goals and the SS didn't change the game count. so I stopped using it.
