Personally though I'm honestly wondering if rather than getting new UCs we're actually about to see another conversion where all our OC UCs are turned into togglable NC UC, and they'll try to sell it to us that we're getting 'free' NC UCs.... I hope not but I'm sure wary.

Just out of curiosity, are they doing these outlines/edits for all UC's or is this just for the NC UC's? I suppose this would show differences between the two if thats the case? I haven't read through the entire thread yet but this caught my attention.

All UCs will be converted to NCUCs with the new art.
