Hi just signed up for a month of clraik vip again for the autobuyer but I get the "program is offline" error message. Tried everything listed in the forums from restarting the computer, changing region, adding the program to firewall exceptions and installing VB 6. Any way I could get some assistance with this?

So you've extracted all of the files in the ZIP file into a separate folder/directory on your computer? That's needed, and if you're running an antivirus, make sure the folder path is added as an exception. If you've installed the library files beforehand and then try running, it should work.

Do you have a VPN? Usually restarting the computer does it, but as a last resort, download a virtual machine, it works fine for me

Yup I've done so. Only firewall I have is Windows Defender, to which I've added it as an exception.

Try disabling Windows Defender completely, just for testing. Are you running as an Administrator? Did you download the (you need an account to see links)

Yup, I've already installed the required files and tried with Windows Defender turned off completely. No luck

Are you running as an administrator?
Virtual machine is a solution. Work very well for me.

Another edit... the problem persists. I simply can't login with my neopets accounts in the program, tried different accounts and still nothing.
It gives me the "invalid username/password" error and I'm 100% sure the info is correct, and if I keep trying Neopets kicks me out for an hour.

guys one doubt please, can someone just please confirm for me that proxies are in fact supported?
I got confused about it because all other programs has the proxy and pw login option and this one doesnt.

If so, can i login the main account with a proxy and the others with another or it has to be one for all accounts? thank you

Make sure your passwords are alphanumeric only with no special characters. xxxxxx#####
