If they chained you and even froze the new account you created, they know you cheat. Not worth trying to get it back IMO.

I'd keep trying
contact facebook, twitter, email, and make a new account to open more tickets etc

Get people to vouch for you etc

It seems you must have gotten frozen the first time for an unforgivable so they arent willing to let you back.

They've done that to me before, I remade an account and got unfrozen, although I got unfrozen like a year later.

Nothing o.o I bought the main, dide nothing illegit on it, no program or anything.
All I did was got lent SUAP, and I read on the board it was legit fews hours after it was opened because if not, the board & owner would been deleted :/

The Suap was most likely duped hun ): or your main wasn't cached and somebody reported you

Was the main cached? It may have been an obvious bought account.
