    this is actually tempting. Maybe they would work some magic once they see the absurd amount of money i dumped into their site. seems like they would be more likely to look past old mistakes to have a high paying player back than the ticket support team.

    I dont know. I looked at my tickets... my account got hacked and I got it back. It was generic got handled by support@neopets and Neopets@neopets

    When they froze my account and ignored my ticket, I ended up calling premium people on the phone(!) and ranted about paying for something they weren't providing...they claimed they couldn't do anything but I got my account back within 24hrs. Coincidence? Hmm?

    They haven't had a phone number to call for Premium for years though...

    I think I got a phone number by going through my credit card company where the premium charge showed up...or did an internet search...I can be formidable when I'm angry...

    That never worked for me years ago lol, the dude kept telling me helplessly that he didn't have the power to unfreeze me

    I'm pretty sure they got rid of the premium phone number because people kept calling about their frozen and/or lost accounts

    Yea, the original premium number no longer works because Neopets brought the service in house instead of through a third party.

    So yea if the above mentioned # is that, it no longer works
