It has to do with visiting thread of some sort.. otherwise, I wouldn't think this 'clue' would be so cut and dry.

All of the people that have it that I know of posted between 3:27am and 5:42am EST. It seems time is a component, so it is probably 12-3am NST. I don't have a clue about the other detail
