    TNT is the worst when it comes to neopets, sorry, I mean, when it comes to tickets response :/ is like WHY IN SEVEN HELLS DO THEY TAKE SO LONG?! is it that hard to read some whiny lines from someone telling you he/she/it 's innocent and that they did nothing wrong?! They must have all our information in some excell document or sth. And being able to do some Ctrl + F and search and tell you "you weren't that innocent after all, huh? you cheated here, and here, and there, and that's why you're account has been frozen" But looks like they don't have that excell doc after all :/
    I self froze my account, for RL shit getting into my neopets life. You cannot simply let that shit happen to you. Neopets is more important.
    It's been 8 months, I'm still waiting, so, yeah that skeleton picture hit me right in the feels.

    GL, fellow. Let us know if you discover the reason why you were frozen.

    They're probably understaffed and have shit software to deal with tickets, on top of getting emails.

    Not justifying how awful the service is but I'm sure Jumpstart hasn't helped make the situation better either. I doubt they'll ever hire enough people to deal with the load of tickets. It honestly doesn't make any logical sense on why some tickets get answered before others. I'm sure there are buckets for all the topics but come on, why does it take two years to address a frozen account? Unless some jackass opened the ticket and closed it without a response.

    Either way I don't understand how Jumpstart is unable to address this issue.

    And to get back to the topic...that is strange. I hope you do at least try to get your account back. JS can't freeze us all.
