hi there everybody, haven't been here in years.
I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on getting my old account back?
i last used it in 2012/maybe 2013 and now the pw/email changed and now is on premium which i was not.
any ideas would be great!
also does anybody have any ideas to access an old PC hard drive with a mac laptop (my pc died and am unable to access a PC)

Your best bet is sending in a ticket and crossing your fingers and praying multiple times a day. You're gonna need a ton of details on exactly how it was before you quit.

Since it's been 2-3 years since you last used that account yourself, most likely all the things on the account have been changed by the current owner.
So, unless you have several screenshots of the account inside, proof and just a lot of information about it..... it would be very difficult that you will get it back.

^^^ screenshots of you on the account would make a large impact, especially with the date and time on your computer showing.
Also since there prem user that means more than likely they've bought neocash and have proof logs of that not sure if that would affect them..
Basically your going need lot lot info i'm afraid and it sounds like with your pc hard drive fried doesnt seem possible.
Good Luck.
I got my account back after being on hiatus for 3 years. I proved that it was my account with a invoice for Neocash.
Although my account was not premium. I do believe you can do it. I also never used a proxy so my account was clearly being used by someone in a different country
Just FYI, I have been told on several occasions (though it is possible this is just for proving a pet was mine, not an account, so do bear that in mind) that they will not accept screenshots as proof of anything.
As others have said, you would have to have very detailed logs of information backing up where the account was yours.
The biggest piece of information they want is what was the original e-mail used to create it.
After that, they want NC transaction logs, neofriends, contents of your safety deposit box. Things that will identify you as the real owner.
If you don't have those things they are going to shoot you down. Like the others have also said, it looks like the new occupant has made themselves very at home in the account that was once yours. The odds are regrettably not in your favor.

I have a lot of evidence that i owned the account,
biggest problem with that is the account was originally a shell account (N)
