I don't know how the digital Brazilian cards work, but maybe it's just something lame like they haven't done the artwork on the new 750NC cards or something.

It's also possible this was just a giant cash grab. LOL.

IANAL...is it legal to alter the value of a prepaid card after the fact? It seems weird that an NC card that a Brazilian consumer bought years ago from a legitimate retailer is now worth 40% of what it was advertised as at the point of purchase.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the reason it hasn't rolled out yet. I doubt they did the proper research before announcing this.

NC card sellers will be able to get you however many codes you want if you message them about it
