Locked out?? As in the password doesn't work?

Do you still have access to the email attached to the account?? For example, if you put in the retrieve username thing and use that email, does your account come up or not? You might be experiencing something I had go wrong with my accounts a while back.

It wasn't the original owner you bought it from. Whoever you bought it from bought it off a website.

If you got hacked and want to get your account back I've heard it's a better option to directly email them instead of doing a ticket. I'd just do both lol

I was making reference to the point that it possibly might be the original owner who "hacked" you by ticketing back their account. If you had changed all the information, they'd generally be the only one that could get it back.

Well i did a retrieval thru monkeyquest for y password and they seemed to have forgotten to chane the email and i was able to get it back and change my word. I guess i got lucky this time. They did take like 50m worth of ets though but didnt touch my pets.

well, congrats. sucks you lost of nps, but at least you got the account back
