Oh I was actually talking about logging into the program with my clraik credentials I haven't gotten to the neo login part yet.

You must have tried to login before having VIP or with a bad password, too many times. Please wait an hour or so and it should let you try again.

@(you need an account to see links) You'll need to use the cookie login if you're positive your password is correct and it's not working in the manual login tab... although, we were testing and it only gave us that error when the password was wrong.

Yep, you need to disable 2FA/Birthday prompt if you have them enabled to use the SS.

I tried again to log in manually and it kept saying "System.Exception: Could not verify StackPath validation" over and over again.
I looked back a couple of pages in last year's posts and someone suggested using phone data.. That fixed it immediately!

I don't know how to fix it to use wifi again but maybe someone else knows.
