When making hot cocoa, I'd always mix it lightly, so that there'd essentially be a chocolate brownie at the bottom, that would be 3 or 4 times the normal density so to speak! Vanilla almond milk sounds like such a nice addition. It makes that chocolate flavor so much richer. π Do you have a favorite brand for your peppermint hot cocoa?
I'll hopefully be able to pick up my fave coffee tomorrow afternoon - might have to make it decaf, lol. Starbucks latte: half cinnamon syrup, half caramel syrup. Hits the spot every time.
