I rant

Sometimes I like to rant, I think I am a pretty private person. So I don't really share much about my personal life. I have shared some in the past and it always felt good. Anyway..

Not going to lie, I've tried to take my life a couple of times. But someone was always there to stop it. I appreciate that they where there. But I still hate them sometimes. I wish they weren't there to stop me.

This is probably way to dark to be posting here, but you know fuck it. Anyway, that's not really the point of this post. The point is


the people on this site is such amazing people and I wish I knew you better. I'm trying. But seriously, you guys rock. Everyone of you.


I've been around a lot of forums, I've made friends, I've lost friends.

But the way this community is, is just amazing to me.

Anyway, this is a long rant and it wasn't meant to go on like this. But I think everyone of you are amazing and I wish I know you better. I am not going to mention anyone by name, no one mentioned no one lost.

This is my way to say I love you, I've been here for longest time. Heck I've been on all the forums. I've seen it all and I am sorry I am still an old geeser hanging around. But you all are the community that actually keeps the "old" alive.

Hey, please do rant if you need to. Ranting and getting your feelings out is a much, much better option than taking the bad things out on yourself. I'm glad you've found this community, and that it's helping you on your darker days.

I think most of us here are kind of old geezers here in neo terms! Please do share any time if you feel it will help you, you don't need to be alone with your thoughts.

Echoing what @(you need an account to see links) has stated mate. Any time you feel the need to let anything out, we'll be here to receive it. Whilst some people (myself included) may find it hard to know what to say to help, just know that we will all do our best to do so in whatever way we can. So glad that you felt like you can reach out here as this community, as you said, is amazing in all aspects of life.

I too am an 'old geezer' in Neo terms (and life terms haha) and never, ever be sorry for 'hanging around'. It's the older veterans of the game that bring that much needed nostalgic vibe to those of us who have been around for so long. Cheers mate!

I've been here for a really long time too. I love seeing new people come along to the forums but it's always nice to see older faces pop up from time to time too and say hi.

Totally in support of this "rant"! Never hold back when you need to let some things out my friend whether it is good or bad. Like a wise green ogre once said " Better out than in, I always say!" I am glad that you have made it through those darker day and are still here with us. I am so happy that this community has also had such a positive influence on you! Never hesitate to reach out. The best thing about this community is that we are all here for each other

Coming from a perspective of someone who can relate to some of the heavier things you've shared, you are important. You have a place here. You matter. It takes a heck of a lot of courage to share anything heavy when you're a private person (I know I struggle to as well because I'm the same way), so thank you for sharing it with us

Ranting can be super healthy, I feel like it gets a bad rap, but I'm a proponent of it. I relate to pretty much everything you said up there, and my brain is a little to fried for words right now, but please know I'm always glad to see you around. <3

100% agree about ranting to let it out than let it fester inside you and make you feel terrible towards loved ones. This community is a safe place and if you ever need something a little more private my inbox is open for you any time (& this goes to anyone as well)
