Oh wow, penpals! That's a very classic hobby. Where do you have penpals? What kind of things do you write about?
Welcome to the forum! Hope your enjoy it here
❤ thank you to hearts for my pumpkin, Lyrichord for my userbar, and Great White North for my snail ryu!

Hi there, welcome!
I love that you have penpals! Do you write actual letters or are they electronic?
How often do you hike?

I currently have two super regular pals and a few one-offs. Mostly in the US, one in Scotland and one also in the UK. We usually send each other postcards or just catch up on life. It's a really cool way to get to know people, I sometimes feel closer to my penpals than I do friends I speak to every day over instant messaging.
Thanks for the welcome!!
Thank you!
I haven't hiked very much this last year, but next year will hopefully be at least a couple of times a month. Do you hike?
Real letters, snail mail style! It honestly takes so long between letters, but it's always really exciting to get a real message that you can hold in your hand. It feels a lot more special to me than an email or IM.
Ah, I've never been to the states, but Vegas is definitely in my top places I'd like to visit.

I love that so much. How did you find your penpals? How often do you write to them?

I always really loved the games.. which is really tragic now! Hannah and the pirate caves will be GREATLY missed!!
Phew, sorry for the delay in replying. I found most of them on Reddit, but my oldest penpal is from Gaia. I probably write about 2-5 a month? Sometimes less.. I'm quite bad at putting letters away and completely forgetting to reply for weeks. D:

Welcome! I love hiking, longest hike was 15 miles, hoping to be able to hike 20-25 miles next summer. But for now 15 is good! Welcome to the site
Hey there Piperlord, sorry for the late welcome, but it's never too late unless you're doing post gravedigging.
So welcome, I hope you remain active and discover this amazing community.
I absolutely love hiking too, but I haven't been doing it as much as I would like too do it. I really want to do the Inka Trail in Perú!
