Have more user color changing options for VIP members

There are plenty of other ways to get new colors; ranking up, user groups, promotions!

The thing is, is that you can only use one color though unless (Or if your someone off the GFX team or whatever its called or an OMM) you buy VIP then you could use the yellow color. I'll just continue staying with my blue then, lol.
