My Main was frozen the second day into the AC. I submitted a ticket right away. I was tickled pink when they returned it to me. I got my Acct back by using the "compromised" theory. It took them almost 3 weeks to respond but it worked. One suggestion I placed in my ticket was, I asked TNT if they could provide a "time frame" for the accusation they gave regarding when I was suppose to have been using a "bot or third party" on my acct. I told them I played the AC ONLY between 5 am and 11 am, that don't play at night because I go to bed early because of my age. I was respectful and I used the words thank you and considerations in my ticket.

Thank you all for your suggestions and help. Real life issues arose the past few days. However I have submitted a new ticket, and hopefully this one goes well. I appreciate everyone's help!
When they froze my main account (legit) for buying/selling pets. It took a year to get back my account. TNT couldn't give my evidence of me buying or selling pets so they went down the root of "scamming people" - closed the ticket. "Posting profanity on the neoboards" - closed the ticket.
It took over 10 closed tickets to finally get it unfrozen
Turns out tbe reason why they froze me is because on the NC boards i posted "ive spent so much money on my pets". Like wtf.

LMAO. That sucks, but.. just.. LMAO. They froze you because you "spent too much money on your pets", when it was clearly about NC?!
