Unfortunately my dog is very jealous, but I would love to!
I've fostered a lot of dogs ranging from puppies to seniors and I can thoroughly recommend it. It is so great to see all these different characters and watch them grow and then go off to their loving new home..
As others have said, attachment is definitely an issue. I've had puppies that still had to be bottlefed and boy, did that hurt when it was time for them to go to their new homes..
I do have pets myself as well so that definitely helps But I think it is great that you are open to fostering and if you have the time and space, go for it.

Haven't but open to it... though it'll be quite expensive :/
I fostered two pigs and some chickens that were all saved from slaughter. It was incredibly rewarding! Most people don't imagine that these animals can be as loving as dogs and cats but they certainly can be. I don't have the money to care for animals long term right now, but one day I'd like to have my own little farm sanctuary.

Hi. Yes, I raised animals. Currently I have raised birds - lovebird (agaporniss). Like most animals, if they are raised from babies, in the case of birds, they adapt very well to humans. They require responsibility, love, and play with them. If a bird pet is ignored, you don't play with her, she can become a bad pet. They are animals that need love. The cost, for example, 1 lovebird is around $ 60, add the porridge, paper, etc ... About $ 90-100 the first month easily
